This is a retail packaged SATA 15 pin male connector to dual Molex 4 pin female connectors power splitter cable (p/n SP-4P2), sometimes also known as a Y power splitter.

This power splitter cable converts a 15 pin SATA male connector into dual 4 pin Molex female connectors, useful for providing power to extra IDE hard drives/DVD drives and other system case modifications. The cable is approximately 20cms in length overall.
